Rhule’s Plan to Bring DONU Back Includes Cohesion

Matt Rhules job is so easy because of the low floor frost created. This is what people are getting off to
“He’s not trying to shield his family from his position, and keep multiple lives juggled? What a great man!”

Hilariously true point Herb.

Hmm, maybe... But part of "finally having an adult in charge" is trusting that when he inevitably makes mistakes, he will handle it well.

When Callahan made mistakes, his attitude was "you're silly morons and this is too complicated for you to understand," when Bo made mistakes he went ballistic and blamed the universe, when Riley made mistakes he said "gee whillikers, at least we had fun," and when Frost made mistakes he ignored reality and acted like he had all the answers while his brain crumbled under the pressure.

With Rhule, I've already seen and heard PLENTY from him to know that he is comfortable enough in his own skin to own up to any mistakes, and turn them into teachable moments. I think he's a very rare type of coach who is going to come across as a true leader, not just to the players but to the fans. We haven't had someone like that in a loooooooong time.
Excellent counter point!! I have these ideas in my head but once I start typing they escape. I totally agree with the notion that Rhule is comfortable in his own skin and will use the perceived or realistic miscues to his advantage because that's what smart people do.

A true leader...man...i can't wait for this ride to start!!
