Ragcheck with a beauty of a post this morning on Taterville. I suspect his family got physically manhandled a bit too.

Dear Facebook:
No offense, but I don't care if you put 52 on Fordham, your offense sucks. You should have had 52 at halftime. You put 22 on Illinois and UTSA put 37 on Illinois.
You're running game is nothing more than draw play left, draw play right, and draw play center.
You have no motion in your offense that gets the defense out of position.
Your OL has NO push, and it's not their fault. Every play in your book out of the gun shows pass first, and as a result, your OL mimics that. You have big, strong guys on the OL, but you don't let them attack the DL and God forbid that they could ever get to the 2nd level. You NEVER have a lead blocker to spring a runner (no, TEs or slot receivers are not lead blockers). But the biggest thing is that your backs never get the ball with a full head of steam moving forward.
You have a freaking option offense in your playbook, but you hardly use it. Remember when you played? When the defense's LBs had to decide whether to stay home and play against the FB and power I back, or cheat to the outside to play the option? When they guessed right (50% of the time), it was a marginal gain. When they guessed wrong (50% of the time) it was a good gain or a big play.
Have you even watched the film of Warren Sapp and Ray Lewis selling out on stopping Frazier, allowing Schlesinger to dance into the end zone? Hey, we were able to beat a defense then that had 2 of the greatest players to ever play the game, along with a bunch of other great players.
So you're afraid that if you don't run this ridiculous offense, that you won't be able to recruit great WRs and QBs? You know what? You're not exactly doing that now.
When I see you guys, with all of the 3 and 4 star players you have, play like you play and then see UTSA with mostly 2 star guys at best play like they play, that's all I need to know. It's what you need to know also.
And another thing, watch the Georgia/Clemson film and maybe you can get some pointers on how to play defense.
Sincerely,
Still Pissed
