With Cockeyes basically not participating in the transfer portal one could deduce that they aren't really going to go deep into NIL either..... Kirk doesn't like the direction of CFB so basically he is gonna sit back, phone it in and cash checks until they buy him out.....I bet Noonan understands that and realizes that his money making option is N.

Looks like it's going to come down to Nebraska and Stanford, I don't know where Stanford is setting with NIL but he's mentioned that he wants to visit there but he said he wanted to visit Minnesota and Cockeye also and it looks like those have been cancelled as of now.
