I can be out on rhule and still understand that he’s going to be here based on the buyout. If anything it just makes that extension look dumber with every blow out loss.

I don't believe 99% of the people thought he needed to get extended. I figured he would get one, but I didn't want him to get it. Especially since you had to wait to give it to him because you got beat as double-digit favorites. Now that he has it, he for sure isn't going anywhere like Ravi said.

This is probably true, but at the time he was extended, sentiment was still far more in favor of Rhule and a great majority of people would have been sad to see him leave.

Obviously the second half of the year soured that sentiment quite a bit.

I absolutely believe that part. Pretty much everyone was worried we were going to lose him to Penn State (not me because it didn’t make sense) so he’s for sure right there.

And I think I understood the extension, I just didn’t agree with it.
