I know it's in Norman but I don't understand how OU is favored
I said the same thing to a buddy this morning. Before looking I had assumed the spread was something like Bama -6.5

Yeah. They have a very solid D so I get that piece too, but they've scraped by everyone good or bad for the better part of the year and haven't really shown much upside. Maybe that's just their formula though

If there is any officiating bias (almost assuredly there will be) its going to favor Alabama. Their presence in the playoffs has to be validated.

Took Alabama. I think both these teams are vulnerable and flawed, but Alabama corrects their mistakes from the last game.

Venerables always has a good defense. It doesn’t hurt the Bama offense has been garbage down the stretch. If Deboer gets blown out I wonder if he thinks hard about going to Michigan? He can get a reset and 9-3 won’t get him fired there.
Bama’s offense has been the hottest of garbages the last few games.
How could Bama even extend DeBoer if they take another ass kicking here? I would be surprised if he doesn’t go to Michigan frankly
