Thanks for that link. Redoing a practice facility is different than “new grass” as you originally framed it.

I’d still love to see a breakdown of their costs. Even with regrading, sand cap, new irrigation, new drainage, athletic field sod, I’m not sure how you get to $1.5M/field. Or maybe im just in the wrong industry!
