What happened to that poor child is absolutely devastating and I hope the parents are held responsible. We are as far from the perceived individuals who would own a Bully as you can get. I will continue to be an advocate for breeds that most will and would condemn, however it goes without saying dogs need proper training, and a lot of socialization.

Here is our American Bully General and he definitely commands the room when he enters. He does ESA work along with helping bring awareness to the breed. We take him all over with us and people can’t get enough of him.

Not a Bully but our dog before was an amazing Rottweiler named Bruno and he was an outstanding example of proper training, temperament, and socialization.

I think organizations and individuals who are specially trained should be able to own pitbulls. That’s it. Also, strict liability, mandatory insurance, and automatic civil exposure for bites or escapes.

My sister was walking her two labs one night, and a lady had two pitbulls that pulled loose. My sister was lucky to still have a hand after. She tried to punch the pitbulls off her dogs and one turned on her for a bit. Neither lab died but one had a fat neck and that saved them as the pit bulls both latched onto her. Both had severe bite wounds . Two guys heard her scream and came out of their houses to wail on the pitbulls, and they finally let go of the dog.


I really can’t understand why anyone would care for that breed. Just vicious pieces of shit.
