Special teams have actually sucked since Bo turned it around his last year. When Riley hired Bruce Read, he sucked pretty bad and they were non existent under Frost under Busch took over and made STs relevant again with kick/punt block schemes. Hopefully Foley can figure something out and take it to the next level and make punt/kickoff returns relevant again.

Yep, I remember people bitching about punt returns all the way back to Pelini.

The FG kicking and punting were better under Pelini.

I like the idea of having young guys as your position coaches, so long as they are smart and high energy.

A couple of experienced but youthful guys to coordinate the offense. Offense is always evolving, don’t want a dinosaur coordinating the offense.

Get veteran coaches at STC and DC. I think at defensive coordinator you want someone who has seen it all.

Just need experience that can bring different perspectives when it comes to things going wrong .

Clemson does not have that on their offensive side. And it shows. They have nothing but young guys that have only been at Clemson. They don’t adjust well

Have to assume the remaining spots all go to sitting NFL assistant coaches?
I think it’s a decent assumption. The Peetz situation was a bit of a curveball though and the White hire sounded like it happened pretty quickly so Rhule could be taking his time to decide how he wants to move forward.

Does he want to hire another QB coach or have Satterfield move to OC/QB and hire a TE coach? Does he have White take LBs and hire a second DB coach which would mean moving on from Dvoracek? And then he would need to do interviews too.

Has Dcoracek been out recruiting?

I wonder if White takes LBs if he'll have enough "experience" for Hausmann.

“It was a good visit. We got to know each other and we talked about Youngstown, where I’m originally from,” Limongi said. “We walked over to our weight room, then checked out basketball practice. We also showed him our golf simulator.”
nooooo GIF

Things I'm Most Waiting for:

1. Do we have Robinson or not?
2. Who is OL coach?
3. Satterfield's Position coaching...hope for TE

4. Mickey/WR Coach/Co-OC? How is this all going to play out? Is Nixon in the fold?

I will not work until these are answered. Pressure is on YOU, HCMKR. Ball is in your court, sir.
BUMP.

HCMKR, my employer would like a word. True to my previous statement, I haven’t worked since November 30. I’ve been told that once the new year is upon us, I’ll be out of a job (not really guys, I’m just scaring him) and at that point, my wife and 2 children would like a word.

Should I lose my job because of your delinquent status on answering the questions above, I would like to set up an interview. I hear that I am exactly what you’re looking for in an assistant…young, hard working (except when I have to threaten head coaches, like our current scenario), and have little experience (I’ve previously detailed my NCAA 2014 résumé).

Get the questions answered, Matthew K. Rhule.

The Omar Hales that always tweets before we get commits. Anyone know what his role/job is?
