Photoshop Help needed....and rules followed

I need to submit Norton's pic for his Stadium Cut Out by the 26th.

Here he is in his Husker uniform:

Can anyone photo shop the back ground to make it look less ghetto?
Blur it perhaps?
Or
Something else of artistic choosing.

Here's what it will go into and look like:

I redid the flagstone with pavers and turf and it now looks non ghetto

I thought UNL media team did that for you? You just send them the photo, and pay them obviously, and they crop it out and produce the cutout. Maybe I’m mistaken about that, if I am I can do that pretty easily if necessary. Let me know @SoCal_Corn

Per what they told me....you upload the photo INTO that frame that I posted and that becomes the Cut Out.
