Espn died 4 years ago so I'm surprised you even have the option

Ok am I an idiot or did Will Zalatoris not ground his club about 20 times in a hazard on 7? I know the bunkers are all “sandy areas” and not a penalty area, but he was clearly inside the red line which I thought still played as penalty?

You can ground your club, take practice swings, and move loose impediments in penalty areas now. Updated in 2019.
