OWH Releases Assistant Coaches contracts

I don't know what Phil Snow should be paid, but if that's what he's getting I'm paying Damon Benning 100k to do his radio show and then help up in Omaha by going to games on Friday nights. Pay Bill Busch 100k to do it in Lincoln and surrounding areas.
Don’t we still have to pay him “fair market rate?”
Maybe 100k is fair market for an assistant OL coach. I doubt SC would fight too much on an assistant coach salary.

I'm not sure they're paying top money though. I didn't use a calculator but it looks like with Dana and KING Barthel, they're somewhere in the $8-9 million range.

Never thought (or said) we were paying top 10. That list only shows the top 10 but you can kinda project from there that we’re probably in the top 15-25 range. That’s a guesstimate from the limited info. Either way we’ve been paying top 20ish money and barely getting top 80 results.
Hope these guys are better, but part me thinks the momentum is gone and there isn’t enough time for these new assistants even if they are any good.
We have to ask that question about way too many guys on this staff. Maybe they are doing a lot behind the scenes but to us casual observers who see the on the field results or lack there of

Funny thing is… We wouldn’t care if Rhule paid a guy $100k to follow him around and tell him his ass looks amazing and his farts smell roses if he was getting us to the playoffs.
Count Chocula is a thousand years old there isn't anything he's doing on staff that's worth 400k.
