What does Phil Snow even do?

That’s the point. You know we’re paying top 20-15 money and barely getting top 80 results. When the discrepancy is that vast I no longer care if we’re the 12th highest paid staff or the 17th.
I'm not sure they're paying top money though. I didn't use a calculator but it looks like with Dana and KING Barthel, they're somewhere in the $8-9 million range.

Not that just paying dudes more money make them better coaches

And here's the most updated I can find

Never thought (or said) we were paying top 10. That list only shows the top 10 but you can kinda project from there that we’re probably in the top 15-25 range. That’s a guesstimate from the limited info. Either way we’ve been paying top 20ish money and barely getting top 80 results.

Hope these guys are better, but part me thinks the momentum is gone and there isn’t enough time for these new assistants even if they are any good.

We have to ask that question about way too many guys on this staff. Maybe they are doing a lot behind the scenes but to us casual observers who see the on the field results or lack there of

awkward pulp fiction GIF

He signed a 2yr extension last year that runs through 2027.

Barthel, who joined Rhule’s staff in November 2022, will see his annual salary increase from $293,550 to $450,000, effective Feb. 1, 2025. His new contract mirrors that of linebackers coach Rob Dvoracek, who also recently received a raise to $450,000.

The deal, which replaces Barthel’s previous contract set to expire in 2024, includes performance-based bonuses tied to the program’s success.
Damn, and I thought Sherrone Moore's sugar baby got a crazy raise.

Lmao glenn Thomas 824k. Phil Snow still getting paid smh

These are the ones I'm most curious about the Ed Foleys and Dr Susan Elzas and the other support staff.

Funny thing is… We wouldn’t care if Rhule paid a guy $100k to follow him around and tell him his ass looks amazing and his farts smell roses if he was getting us to the playoffs.
