McNamara just blew his hammy again.

Cockeye is so fucked.

#sources indicated to me that it’s an ACL

Unfortauntely they’ve got an absolute tank behind him. Deac is probably pushing 280

Western Kentucky up 35-7 at halftime on road at La Tech is not making me feels better.

Epic comeback by La Tech, only down by 7. Does this mean we beat Illinois now?
Shark Tank No GIF

the ghost of Bo Pelini appears to still haunt the LSU defense.

I think sometimes refs enjoy a good goal line stand as much as anyone.

The LSU QB ran a sneak from 4 inches out that ended with the QB’s entire torso in the end zone (with no loss of momentum). His waist was literally lying on the goal line. Clear touchdown.

But the ref somehow decided there was no gain on the play and no TD. There was nothing he could have seen to suggest the ball was stopped short, but he couldn’t see the ball from where he was at either, so he arbitrarily marked it short. Dumb.

I wonder how the Illinois board reacted to our goal line stops and then us scoring on a play that didn’t really appear to cross the goal line either. I’m happy with it just wonder how they felt.

Not going to deny there was some guesswork in our game, too. But the LSU play was much more obvious. In our game, the tip of the ball might have crossed. In the LSU game, the QB’s whole upper body clearly crossed the goal line.
