Yeah bro, every objective rating model has SESPN bias. Get a grip.
Please tell me you understand those rating models have an input of rankings right? Big wins are perceived by playing ranked teams and if your conference has a ton of teams ranked that shouldn't be the perception is higher

Ha, yea bro vegas is using the AP poll and college football playoff committee ranking to set lines lmfao.
LOL your argument is so bad you have to pretend I said something I didn't.

But while we're on the topic, Vegas is interested in driving bets (human behavior and perception) more than they are trying to nail the exact margin of a football game.

Maryland would have been ranked #14 if they were in SEC after their 4-1 start. Would have been a huge W for Matt Rhule. Propping up teams with fake rankings has been a major staple of SEC football

Vegas lines and power rating systems like that are the best way we have to power rate teams. The SEC looks shit in them at the top this year, but they have a solid middle class. Which is my whole opinion.

Defending the SEC middle class is a futile endeavor, but I thought a dude who has played in both and has B1G bias would be enough to convince these guys.
Then you also believed Rocco Spindler when he said Nebraska has more talent than 2024 playoff team Notre Dame?

Because guys who transfer to their new schools are always the best source of info and not trying to prop up their new location

By your logic Downs would prop up the B1G? Thats literally a point for me. He plays in the B1G and defends the SEC.

He played 2 years in the SEC and he transferred to a way way way better team so his opponents seem easier.

Kids who "played at both" are often really unreliable
Wrong on both. He played only one, and that 2023 bama team was stacked. Took that insane Michigan team to OT in the rose bowl. A team that flooded tOSU when they played them.

Oh so the game was fast as freshman and has slowed down for him with experience. This is 67 beers star witness ? A random player that transferred - hilarious !
