If your a fan of The Last Kingdom this new movie is a must watch. It was a nice ending to the series. Definitely in the top 3 of my all-time favorite series.

i got my plastic sword out tonite to watch this !! wow!! the fire breathing from dragons was elite .
There's no dragons. Think Braveheart. Fiction but about some real people.
Finished the TV series a couple months ago. Will watch the movie soon.
Between watching the History Channel show “Vikings,” “The Last Kingdom” and the movie “The Northman,” I feel like I am moderately well versed in the 800’s to 900’s Viking era.

Great show and that movie ended it well.
Fun fact, about 400 years before this, St Patrick eliminated the pagans and druids from Scotland (and Ireland) which is why he is celebrated.
I found it kind of interesting that I get drunk and eat corned beef and cabbage once a year because of events that happened that tied in with this show loosely.
