OT - How Many Times a Night Do You Get Up to Pee?

I'm about 1.5 myself. Probably closer to 1 under normal circumstances, but not uncommon for a kid to make some noise or wake me up, so I usually go again if I'm awake anyway.

Before I started lifting weights again, it was 3-5 times per week. Now maybe once per week. Guys - start lifting weights again. It helps!
