I also think that Rivals simply gave up on hosting a team site for a lot of teams when their groups moved to on3. Nebraska likely one of the few that they felt worthwhile to invest in a replacement. So most fanbases basically have a presence on one or the other, but now they have to figure out how to split the total revenue of the two Nebraska sites between the publishers.
