I guess I’ll post a prediction. I’ll be in attendance with 12 other dudes on the bachelor party. Never seen a win but I’m only 0-2. BYU in 15 was it? Then Colorado in 17 with Frost.

It feels like the stars have aligned and all the punishment as a fan was worth it as I watch them clinch that bowl in person for the first time in a long time.

I think this game is going to be very similar to the Purdue game from 2023.

1. Wet and gloomy day - almost chilly
2. very undisciplined opponent with a shitty offensive line
3. Athletic opposing defense capable of coming up with some splash plays, but also undisciplined on on 3rd down.
4. Mid-afternoon crowd that's surprisingly boisterous and mostly drunk.

I think Nebraska's defense comes up with some turnovers and a pick 6 or fumble recovery for a score. The place will be rocking, and Nebraska tears them a new asshole... albeit a nicely bleached Southern California asshole.
