Both, when I say Nebraska isn't progressing the way they should and losing to UNO who has half the talent we do. Something is very off. Will see what Bolt does this offseason with some assistant coaches.

We don't make the NCAA tourney this year(likely yes), does Bolt's seat need to be getting hot going into next year?

I say yes... It amazes me the amount of baseball talent this state produces and we have a product/program that has underachieved. I don't know if I would say scolding hot, but we need to see better jmo.

To me he needs to make changes on his staff. Get better pitching coach would be where I would start. It seems like he has brought in a healthy amount of talent there, but something happens when the lights go on.

Also, needs to address the boom or bust nature of the offense. If the ball isn't leaving the park, it seems like they struggle to score. Love the power, but need to have a higher floor.

Anyways, hopefully he wins out and makes the NCAA and we don't need to have this conversation.

If he doesn’t make the tourney this year he should be fired. Obviously won’t happen though. He will get at least another year.
