We should have said no after Loftin came in for a visit recently and still giving us the 'maybe' shoulder.

I’m beyond out on Loftin at this point. Just seems like if he actually wanted to be a Husker he could’ve been a long time ago and now with FSU playing like shit he’s looking for any other school to pique his interest so he doesn’t have to tuck his tail between his legs and come back home.
Saw his dad played at Cockeye and brother K-State
Probably never grew up liking Nebraska and doesn’t want to come here

Loftin is a dude and coaches should do everything possible to get him in the fold.

The Early Signing Period is right around the corner. It starts on Dec 4. and most recruits this cycle will sign papers that day. Who will sign the No. 1 recruiting class this cycle? Multiple schools are battling for that spot in the Team Ranking, but all schools still want to add pieces to their class.

Auburn, Nebraska and Texas are three and we have logged new predictions for on the On3 Recruiting Prediction Machine.

4-star WR Cortez Mills
Homestead (Fla.) wide receiver Cortez Mills is committed to Oklahoma, but in September, the four-star visiting Nebraska for the Colorado game. When the south Florida playmaker committed to the Sooners, it was over the Cornhuskers and Big Red never gave up. They only ramped up their recruitment for Mills and the Big Ten program in Lincoln is picking up some steam late in the process. Mills has a great relationship with Garret McGuire and new offensive coordinator Dana Holgorsen has quickly gotten involved too.
Dana recruiting is a good sign. Hired gun for this season wouldnt give a shit about 2025.

Been brought up many times for 365 days now. Was just wondering why you're so slow is all?
If anything gets more than surface level on a recruit I gloss over it more often or not.
I don’t need the life story.

I think (just a hunch) Loftin is holding out for more NIL money but no other school wants to match what FSU is paying him.

Solomon Thomas (5* FSU OL commit) in an interview all but said "I'll flip to whichever team offers me the most money." Norvell/FSU is desperate after a stinker of a season and doing whatever possible to keep their recruiting class intact, which includes overpaying in NIL. The Gaytors had a bad season but they're offering big NIL bags which is why they held on to their class.
