If he was innocently repeating a rumor that had been posted all over Husker social media, I could see his point. You can't really fault him for just saying "Yeah, I heard about that." (Did the leaker post it elsewhere before Dittman mentioned it? If so it helps is plausible deniability.)

But the fact that we have this guy...

Don't get accused of stealing information and passing it on as your own.

Everyone in that that thread knew it was fake except for suspected person. That per DID go onto on3 and post about it, plus passed it onto Wilson Dipshit.

... on record as saying he was feeding Dittman info from TBP and NCIU, shows me Dittman knew he was sharing, and building his following and reputation on, premium content stolen from other sites. With this connection exposed, it's hard to buy his line that he was just acknowledging a rumor that was posted everywhere. His plausible deniablity is gone.

To me, the GoldenStateHusker post is the smoking gun in all this.
