Yes, people do seem very confident, and I think Callahan has indicated we're definitely right in the thick of things. I just don't know if I've seen him express his confidence in the same way certain normal posters have. Either way, I think it's looking good from reading the general vibe. Goes a really long way towards addressing the concerns of Mills leaving (which this move would mean is happening 100%).
 
I think in these trying times it's important to remember that illinois took a bunch of transfers from major programs and was still one of the worst teams in the country

You can’t rely on them as your entire core. However, we’d have been better this year if we had their top WR. He’ll play on Sundays
 
He's good. You're probably right that as long as we have guys like Wandale, the transfers are complementary

The kid from Illinois who’s name I can say but can’t spell will hear his name called on draft day before Wandale. As long as you’re not using transfers as your bread and butter you’ll be fine.
