Yeah I think they invested the bulk on the actual development and recovery of athletes is my understanding...

Still if I am an athlete there I would want something I could chill in more. Something like the LSU lockerroom where I could actually have a seat of some kind.

I agree. I'd want somthing with a backrest.

But I don't think the lockerooms are meant for chilling. Change into your gear and get out. The players lounge is for chilling.
