is house of blues a chain? best damn breakfast ive ever eaten. i cant remember if that was at the mgm or link.

BurgerFi
Shake Shack
Fat Burger

There's 3.
I’ll give you Shake Shack, but not the other two.

In-N-Out is consistent, has fresh ingredients, and has an enjoyable theme. Not to mention, every place I’ve seen them, they’re always busy, so bringing in a popular franchise from California and Texas would only benefit the types of recruits Nebraska is recruiting.

To top it off, here’s this site on ranking burgers and this one on health scores on burgers.

So just because you don’t like their taste doesn’t mean the franchise would be a great addition to Lincoln and Nebraska.

Not that I know of. We have a pretty decent Chinese buffet though. And of course a Pizza Ranch and Vals
Been about 25 years since I've been there. Steak buffet was pretty good. Ate a lot of cheap steaks there one summer. That summer I learned how to eat from my uncle and it sent me on the road to fats.

Never argued that it wouldn't be successful in Nebraska. I just agreed with a guy who said it was "trash". Literally, everyone in Nebraska would swarm to it. I would prefer a Shake Shack. Five Guys is better than In-N-Out and it's already here.

But if it were trash, why is it so popular?

Yeah, good question. It's personal preference I suppose.

I say it's trash because the line and time wait was completely not worth it. If you could get in and get out in a reasonable time I probably wouldn't feel so strongly against In-N-Out. I'm not lying when I say that Five Guys here in Omaha and anywhere for that matter, is much better.

Plus there is an allure with the "secret" menu. A lot of out-of-towners flood the lines; at least that's how it was at my local SD location.

As someone who hates waiting in a line to get food before and after ordering it, I absolutely agree. Portillos in Chicago was that same situation for me and while I want to call that a shit dog, I felt like the 45 minutes of waiting left a bad taste in me, thus I really I can’t judge fairly.

My thought process is that I stop liking something as soon as it gets too popular. But I could really enjoy the food regardless.
