Amen to this. This is what I love about Rhule. He definitely cares about his players and is willing to give them a chance to right the ship, but he's not screwing around. If you can't do your job, he's going to recruit over you and find another place to move on to.

It definitely fits his “caring, but not coddling” culture.

I think he's another kicker who maybe can kick but I don't have any expectations of him ever kicking in a game

My bold pick based in nothing but hope, irrational optimism, and the fact that I like the guy personally is that Buschini will regain his old form & have a solid year.

He was at my kid's Ron Brown camp last night. Seems like Buschini had a rough patch in his life, but is turning it around. I'm rooting for him.
