Equal split is a cool gesture if that's what they do. And I wouldn't doubt Fred suggested that to Brice & Juwan before the tournament started.

Dudes that redshirted or play mop-up duty = $5,000 each ($25K total).

Griffiths = $7,500

Meah & Ulis = $12,500 each

Jacobsen = $15,000 (no homo)

Hoiberg, Essegian, Berke*, Morgan = $25,000 each

Williams & Gary = $63,750 each

*Not sure Berke qualifies as an international player?

(Fuck Worster)
Then after taxes they'll end up with about 60% of that. It'd buy Jacobsen a solid wrist watch.

90% of these dudes will struggle to earn that type of inflation adjusted income in a short timeframe the remainder of their life.

Sounds fair to me!

He’s the biggest douche among the NU media and that includes the HOL crew.
I'd observed that about Dirk - yes. Just wondering if there was more to it than Dirk simply being a douche. Meaning is there another social media story out there?

Kinda funny looking at the differences in coverage of this. Fox Sports has this right at the top of their home page. ESPN, on the other hand, makes no mention whatsoever of this game or the Crown tournament anywhere on their men's bball page, let alone the home page. Unsurprising, but still funny.
I mean it’s a fox specific product, and it’s a tournament that if we are being honest means pretty much nothing

I'm e few beers deep so maybe I'm captain obvious, but I took that as Pavelka asking Dirk why he's living in a state he clearly hates covering teams he hates

in other words that's Kent calling Dirk's mediocre ass out for having a dead-end career and acting like he's too good for everything

Yeah, this was a FOX tournament made for and by FOX.

Notice the conferences represented: Big Ten, Big East, Big 12, AAC, and Pac-12. All of whom have deals with FOX. FOX conferences Big Ten, Big 12 and Big East are the only conferences that get automatic bids to the Crown.

No SEC, ACC, A10, CUSA, etc., conferences that have exclusive deals with ESPN, or at least no deal with FOX.

So yeah, ESPN isn't giving an ouce of publicitiy to the Crown.
