Are you on there? Go look at the Transfer Portal rankings if you want to talk about a roller coaster.

Ashworth went from 100+ to now 30. Mast went from ranked higher than Krikke (Cockeye) to like 10-15 spots below him now. McCollum went from like in the 40s to now almost outside of the top 100. I don't know what is going on with their rankings.

Getting Janowski for 2024 helped my attitude but if we miss on some of these portal targets, I’m not sure what to think.

I’d like to get others opinions but it seems like most other Power 5 teams are getting transfers from Power 5 schools.

Outside of Sallis, we are going after mid major transfers. Are these guys Kobe Websters? Will they actually be able to put up their numbers in the Big 10?

I think what separates these mid-major transfers are that they actually produced on winning teams. I don't think Kobe Webster came from a team that was exactly 'good' by any metrics.

And you can see a vision with these two transfers (so far) and how they fit in this current edition of Nebrasketball. I don't think we could really say that previously.

I’m not familiar with portal timelines but we have an overseas trip where Fred should have a roster in tact. With that being said, it doesn’t really seem like we have a current Plan B if Sallis/Wrightsell don’t commit.

I know that Georgia transfer is on the radar but if we miss, this team could be ugly.

Money talks and right now our NIL program is killing us.
