Starter v off the bench, it should be irrelevant. Sam H isn't a B1G caliber guy either, but here we are playing good ball the last 2 seasons with him getting 23 mpg.

Whether Cale can maintain, or even build on Vegas, is what's TBD. And I'm glad he's given a shot.

Our fans definitely cared (which we should have). It was a fun tournament down there I agree. But to put any actual stock in it is a fool's errand.

It very would could be Fred's way of proving it was a fluke, and with every minute he plays - exhibition or the other 3 games before OU - will either solidify the fluke, or solidify there's a role for him to fill.

Wouldn’t be against firing Fred & have always thought Sam plays too much bc we aren’t very good. If we had better players that could push him down to like the last man in the rotation, that would be an okay role for Sam.
