Since that Rutgers (or was it illinois?) INT, DR has been shook and extremely hesitant to just let it fly. 90% of the time he is throwing off of his back foot. First 4 games he was reading the entire field very well, since that INT he got so shook. And our OC has put him and our skill players in tough to be effective situations with horrible play calling.
