I understand the disruption that comes with firing a coordinator during the season. But what exactly would we be disrupting? There is nothing we do well let alone competently.

It's incomprehensible that any head coach can watch this game after game after game and and not take any steps to change the situation.

Satterfield has proven time and time again he's a bottom-tier OC. He's paid like he's top ten in the country. If he were top 75, that would be an improvement.

Nothing is on time with this offense. Way too many deep route concepts, and they're clearly putting too much on Dylan. One of the issues with running so much out of shotgun is that it lulls a quarterback into thinking he has more time than he does. I feel like we're trying to be Colorado, with a true frosh at QB and way less wide receiver talent.

I am so sick of all shotgun sets. It doesn't work. Limits the play calling, play action passing, and makes the angle easier for the pass rush.

We need a new OC first and foremost.
