More information on AJ Ferrari's arrest

So what exactly is the warrant for in Texas?

If he was being pursued in the chase, but didn't stop him, how the hell can they prove he was driving the car? Now, I'm sure he was driving the car.

But, I can;t believe the State of Texas is willing to extradite someone from Nebraska for this type of charge.

Texas A&M is trying to flip him via the coppers.

A college kid had fun on a jet ski I guess? Fucking SUE me.

also - I have a theory that brands bros called this in to get him pulled over in the first place after learning of the warrant for “being fun”…because EVERYONE goes 90 on I80. That’s just good flow of traffic

I've wondered the same. Thats a pretty small charge (and weak case based on whats been out out) to extradite beyond surrounding states if that. There's gotta be more there.

just saw him at Eppley heading towards the Dallas flight on American. Early bird. Never seen a dude in shorter shorts before.
The State of Texas better be:

A) Paying for that flight

and

B) Contributing to Nebraska Wrestling NIL for damages to the program

Apparently got in trouble for evading arrest prior to the school year starting back down in Texas. Bonded out but was due for sentencing at a later date, judge set court date for a month or so ago and he didn't show, so an automatic warrant is issued when someone doesn't appear. As others mentioned, they weren't out hunting for him, but when he got pulled over for speeding it popped up and Lancaster County asked if they wanted him. Answer was obviously yes.

We should've played hardball:

"Hey Texas - I'll tell you what...You publicly admit that the time ran off the clock in '09, send us the BigXII trophy that you've been falsely displaying, and then we will THINK about sending Albert James Ferrari your direction. We can swap on the tarmac"
