Definitely looks like her. Damn, I feel awful for her. Even if the rumors aren't true, and they're still married, etc., think of how miserable and lonely she must be. If I remember right she's around my age, which is quite a bit younger than Frost and most likely far younger than any of the other coaches' wives, no family in the area. Plus her life has changed in giant ways that have to be soured at this point.
Pre-NU: newly married, her husband was a fun energetic well-put-together guy skyrocketing through his exciting profession but was also able to go out to eat or to the grocery store without anybody knowing who he was, they were just starting their family and Frost talked a lot about how much that meant to him.
Post-NU: New mom to two kids, packs up and moves from being down the street from Disney World all the way to Lincoln NE where she has no roots whatsoever, she is thrust into being the First Lady of Nebraska to a large chunk of fans even though she clearly has ZERO interest in the limelight, her husband's career is cratering, he's straight up miserable almost any time he's seen in public and looks like he's aged 15 years, she was apparently working even though he's making millions, I assume because she wants to have some semblance of a normal life, but she has to use her maiden name while at work because she knows the name "Ashley Frost" would attract unwanted attention, and finally whether the rumors are true or not, she has to have heard them all by this point.
If Frost is a scumbag then he can F off and I hope she gets out of the quicksand of his life and finds happiness somewhere else. If the rumors are false and they're still together in the midst of an insanely stressful situation, I hope Frost can snap out of his funk after he's done going down in flames and they go off and live on a beach or something somewhere far away from Lincoln. Clearly coming back to this place has been poison for Frost in one way or another, and I can't even imagine being in his wife's shoes. They had it SO good at UCF. Oof.
