Still can’t believe that Duke, UCONN and Michigan are rated above us but I’d rather be underrated and fly under the radar for now…..

It’s right where I thought we’d be. Still gonna say we’d be no.2 if we had a different logo on our jerseys. But hey, once you’re in the top 5 (at this point in the season) it doesn’t matter all that much. Just keep winning.

Oh the door is there, can we kick it in? Zona plays BYU. Michigan plays us and Michigan State, We play Illinois, Duke plays Louisville. Zona would have to lose for us to get to no.1, but we can get to 2 or 3 on our own merit if we take care of business. (4-0 or 3-1) 2-2 might even get us to no. 2-3 if we get some help… Zona loses to BYU and @ KU on the 9th. Duke loses to Louisville and then UNC on the 7th. Michigan loses to both us(NU) and Michigan state.

Unlikely it will play out exactly like that. But that would probably result in UConn being no.1 and Nebraska no.2

I don’t think we’re jumping Duke, UConn or Arizona if they all win. Now, if we can get to 24-0 or 23-1 we would 100% DESERVE to be no.1 but…

Zona would 24-0 as well, with wins over BYU and Kansas. Duke would be 23-1 with wins over Louisville and UNC. No way we jump them, even at 24-0. UConn however, would be 23-1 but their wins will all be over garbage big east teams. We might jump them and be no.3, under these very unlikely circumstances.
