My wife took the kids to her parents until tomorrow night. I got everything done I need to get done just now and it feels great. Pure freedom until then. It's a celebratory occasion. I even opened up this badboy as my #2 dram of the night:

Always a fan of Balvenie. It's owned by the same family, the Grants, as Glenfiddich and another distillery no one has ever heard of (Kininvie). The distilleries are right next to each other, not quite in a single complex but pretty close. Nice area to check out if ever in Speyside.

Dude, it's great. I've got everything done and now I'm onto dram #3--a 1986 Glenrothes bottled by Gordon & MacPhail a few years back, and it's fantastic. I've ordered some Mexican food, which should be here in 15-20 minutes. And I'm now watching Joe Bob Briggs host Halloween 4 on Shudder. And while I'm not naked, I am wearing slippers.
