There's really no good reason to do such a thing unless you're originating content or writing a comprehensive review.

I didn't mind writing papers, guess they came easy to me for whatever reason. I took some class in college where we had to write some 3 pagers on Wealth, Power, and Privilege. I knocked it out the night before and got an A. I overheard some chicks in front of me crying after their papers were returned, "I worked 3 weeks on this paper and got a D." LOL.

Was also an idiot when I was working on my Master's. I took 9 hours while coaching football one fall. What a stupid fucking decision that was. The worst was the weekly 2 pager for this one class that basically became a huge annoyance that I would finish Sunday night, due at midnight.
