The only thing I worry about with anybody like Leipold, Chadwell, Monken…etc etc is do they understand that they can run whatever offense they want but up front you have to have a lot of really really big guys. The Big 10 grind is no joke.

Frost didn’t understand it, Riley didn’t understand, Pelini never adapted to it.
