i was also thinking of it as more of a proximity thing. would be great to have conference games v Cockeye, isu, ku, and kstate all within short bus ride of lincoln, rather than being and outsider geographically and socially with the B1G.

Won't happen. Those contracts they have with the ACC are too large to buyout. They're looking west.
