I interpreted that as being about the recent signees who have been talked about on both sides of the ball. Specifically the kid from SD who was one Raiola identified

If the OL is much better then we are an 8 or 9 win team. I suspect they’ll be comparable to slightly better than last year. Had little baby Jesus not gotten into Rouse’s ear then I would say much better it’s possible, I don’t think we have the Run blockers we need across the line.

If the staff has a coherent identity they stick with the OL might be okay, the numbers on the DL are more concerning, Knighton's room is pretty bare especially considering most of his guys are 1st year players.
