The other way I would look at this is it depends on the scheme. If they are going to be an odd front team, you pair that with a OLB coach, even front maybe he's DT and they have a DE coach. Or like you said they have a DC that has experience in the DL.

Rhule is such a wild card scheme wise on offense and defense. This really is a CEO type of coach we just hired who’s not married to a single scheme on either side of the ball.

I imagine the bigger name guys take longer to complete deals.
