On Brian: few summers ago when the racial issues/Doyle surfaced, there was quite a bit of noise around Brian being the most unpopular coach on the football staff. They anticipated him being a potential fall guy. Didn't happen but when/if Kirk retires, naming Brian the HC could be divisive. I'm therefore kind of rooting for it.
