Do you feel bad for him? Or is getting what he deserves?

Absolutely insane. Deserves worse than what he's getting. Adidas is tanking their stock to maintain a relationship. At this rate, they may not have enough cash to pay their college apparel endorsements.

Edit: In a new development, Ye was dropped by Adidas.

They fired him?

I feel sorry for Kanye in the sense that he is being used by people who absolutely do not care what happens to him and will completely disappear from his life once he is of no value to them.

The guy needs help and has been signalling that he needs help for a long, long time. Yet the only thing his signals seem to have attracted was more vultures.

As a society we can be pretty fucked up. Most people turn away from and ignore someone struggling while others see them as someone to easily take advantage of. I have an unlimited supply of contempt for those people.

He obviously has a mental illness.

If he's oblivious and unaware, I might have a tiny bit of empathy. But I suspect he has a pretty good idea of the pot he's stirring.

I feel bad that he's mentally ill and that we have people that are entertained by his delusional musings. He has enablers that DGAF about his mental state and platforms that seek to amplify it.
Kanye is fascinating, and if you watch his long form interviews (say on Tucker), you can clearly tell he's lucid.

I share Jason Whitlock's opinion - Kanye is in a battle with fame... sometimes he's right on the money, sometimes he backslides, and there are a lot of people in his life trying to take advantage of him. But I appreciate that he's a freethinker & challenges the Current Thing narrative.

I don't feel bad for him, per se, but the vast majority of the time, he's more on the money than X large corporation's PR department.

Dude is extremely wealthy. I don't think he'll struggle as a result.

Letting mental illness go untreated doesn't seem like a smart move but it's his life. It's not something I'm really paying much attention to atm.

Love when antisemitism is considered being a “free thinker”
