None of this is surprising. Frost has always been a douchebag. A bigger offense, in my opinion, is Dean's defense of him up until the day he was shitcanned. For a large portion of the fan base, Frost's reputation was maintained by Dean's propaganda bullshit.

Good listen. Unsurprising. Appreciate Jojo’s honesty and integrity in saying what he did. Jojo has a keen understanding of leadership and how culture is developed. The “culture” theme gets a bad rap around Nebraska message boards for the sole reason that we’ve had 3 consecutive coaches that were not adept at developing it. They were trying to force culture which will never work. It is a direct byproduct of authentic leadership.

Not necessarily true. On his podcast during the 2021 season, Jojo mentioned numerous times how Frost had no relationship with any of his players and the relationship between Frost and the players was merely transactional.
