John was about ready to retire when he signed a couple of those ridiculous recruiting classes & got re-energized/wanted to see what he could do with those players. I'd be a little surprised if this extension doesn't already cover the rest of his planned career, but we'll see. Dani Busboom (currently HC at Louisville) is likely the successor. Her contract there has an out written for that scenario.
