That's what he told Tim at the All-American game. No offer from LSU for basketball but as we know that could change at any moment especially if Kiffin wants him.

Oh, I am not doubting you. I heard Tim say the same thing. I am just puzzled as to why LSU BB hasn't offered.

It's probably along the lines of what you were saying about a having a part-time guy. I don't know what the roster limits are for basketball maybe they don't want to waste a spot on him when they have other good guys that can fill it full-time.
