Haven’t had Omaha steaks. Redneck sent the Wagyu as a gift for being a productive dealer of their deer blinds & accessories. Coincidently the owner of Redneck is partners in the beef with a friend of mine’s dad. They live in western Nebraska so I’m sure it’s quality product.
