The season is over. There is only one job for the next 9 months and that is to develop the staff and roster. It's absolutely the only thing that matters at this very moment. It's even more important than whatever shitty bowl we end up at.
Dropsy Neyor is gone. Gifford the Wifford is gone. Our only job now is to build a team around DR, EJ and JB.
Gotta lock up Dana. IMO we should also try to retain Tony White once again. Then shop the portal for one guy at each level of the defense. On O we need to ask Dana what he needs to make DR prosper then go out and buy them.
