Nebraska finished the year without any of the following:
- 1,000+ yd passer
- 500+ yd rusher
- 315+ yd receiver

Since 1970, 1,449 FBS schools have played 12 games in a season.

NEB is only the 3rd team (of that 1,449) to not have a single player reach those milestones.

Just crazy that this would happen when:

  • Injuries happened to all 3 of your QB's during the season, forcing you to play 3 different QB's.
  • Injuries happened to your top 2 RB's during the season, forcing you to play 5 different RB's.
  • Injuries happened to your top 2 WR's during the season, forcing you to play a ton of freshman (combined with the QB stuff above).

This is just life altering analysis here... Thanks for sharing.
