The only thing I can think of is it’s pre using 4 game redshirt for some of them.
Walk-On RB from Omaha. I don't think he was listed at all on the roster this year. This is from last year -
Sounds like the majority of Nebraska local offers.
Seems the only legitimate guys have left the state the last half decade

It’s okay to announce right away that you’re transferring to UNK! Ryan Held helped recruit as a walk on.
if you are in this RB room, with all the injuries and now a 6th year transfer 2nd string WR passes you in a week, that's probably a sign that it's time to step down a level or two
He was the best RB in Class A his senior year. 1800 rushing yards and 27 TDs on 11 yards a carry. Chose to walk on here instead of taking a scholarship to North Dakota. He was actually a high quality walk-on at the time. I love Nebraska, but I definitely would've taken the scholly to UND lol. If he couldn't get on the field during the poor RB situation last few years then....yeah
Maybe it gives them exposure by putting them on a list so coaches might look into him? That's all I can think of.
