Is Callahan moving to On3?

Just rumors, but it was said that Nate had some ownership stake in HOL and there was some disagreement about the move between him and dean which lead to Nate 'moving on.'
I remember thinking when the move actually happened that, in a huge shock, Callahan had finally had enough of the low-quality content Clouse had been delivering for the better part of two years. People who rag on Callahan over on RSS about firing Clouse either just want to wind him up or have somehow forgotten just what a dearth of information and effort there was. At the time, I was actually fairly impressed with the moxie behind such a decision.

Then all of Clouse's capacities were essentially delegated to Mongo and the intern girl/volleyball writer. So he lost a lot of the goodwill. Sure, there was still mostly nothing to talk about this year due to the staff totally mailing it in on their end. Still, the sheer lack of respect shown towards paying customers to give Mongo that role. It made me question my initial favorable response and instead begin to think it was just about money (Clouse almost certainly being more expensive than a slightly-expanded Mongo and intern girl combined).

But if you throw an ownership stake potentially gumming up the works of Callahan fleeing the sinking Rivals ship (which I've been speculating about essentially from the first day On3 went live and indicated they were doing fan sites), it couldn't make any more sense. Callahan has even subtly been dropping hints about what's obvious to most: Rivals is a third-tier toilet in decline.
