You can punt the ball even half way correctly on that play and succeedOr even the directional punt goes the right direction. By my count, there were only three NU players on that side of the field when the punt was fielded.
We'd be better off with a dude like me that can only punt 30 yards, but could be pretty good about direction. At the same time, I'm out of eligibility and might shit my pants when the block is on. What can you do?

Personal accountability?I believe in personal accountability. If I mess up in daily life, or at work, that’s on me, not my boss or wife. Listen I put Illinois on Frost all day long. Shoot even first half against Fordham. Not tonight
How about with a minute left, 2 timeouts, and only needing about 40 yrds w a senior qb at the helm...we actually try and win it In regulation instead of playing for OT?You can punt the ball even half way correctly on that play and succeed
I already addressed that. Find a new O Line coach. Protect your QBHow about with a minute left, 2 timeouts, and only needing about 40 yrds w a senior qb at the helm...we actually try and win it In regulation instead of playing for OT?
WTF are we playing for OT on the road, at night, vs a top 20 team Instead of trying to at least get a game winning FG attempt as time expires? Why?
Lemme guess, also not a coaching issue? 🤔

Question, no argument, was there initial concern about Austin in 2018? I honestly wasn’t fired up about O Line struggles until certain points of last yearAnd again, if ur issue is the Oline coach, that falls On SF..for bringing over, and not replacing him already.
Thanks for proving thr point that it falls on Frost..

I’ve honestly learned quite a bit about what coaching caliber can and can’t do at the power 5 level. We’ve seen many coaches, not just Frost, struggle with that G5 to Power 5 jump. I just always assumed anyone was good enough to coach at each divisional level if they were already coaching college football. I’m by now means anywhere near competent in college coaching, but it seems like most occupations, you learn things over time as a football coach that makes you better. I would assume in today’s day and age, at the Power 5 level, it’s expected that a coach learn those things before being hired somewhere. I can’t argue with thatI had intial concern (and took a LOT of sh^t for it) with just about every coach SF brought over since most of them didn't have really any D1 experience as coaches..and NU should NEVER be a training ground for coaches at the D1 level...But that is essentially what he made it Into.
Most peoole were just happy that SF came over and they didn't waste too much time concerning themselves w his staff, or they gave him a pass for it..I was furious that he didn't make any upgrade hires and said plainly that he "f^ked us". (And he really has)
But again, that kinda showed how shortsighted and arrogant SF was when he took the job and we the fans are paying for it.
Wait, you know that Frost is getting fired this year?? Great!! Share your evidence please. This is where you apologize let’s hear it

Yes, and to complicate things even more, SF and his coaches pretty much out talented every team in their league while at UCF by Quite a bit if u go off of the rivals rankings. So even if they were being outschemed and outcoached at times while at UCF...u didn't really notice it unless u were really looking for it and breaking down film, cuz they just kept winning...

The sad part of all this is that SF possibly could have worked out "if" he would have followed the previous recipe of success that other coaches before him had followed:this is what a lot of Nebraska fans ignored when they had a hard on for Frost in 2017 - yeah he took them from winless to undefeated, but they were the most talented team in that conference so it wasn’t an actual rebuild.
They have one good showing vs. Auburn and suddenly SF is a legend.
