OK, the vote didn’t happen on Friday cause that chode smoker Schlissel got pegged by the Gretch. But there’s been some positive developments... Sounds like the vote was only delayed, several presidents want more time before they make an official vote. This means a new official confirmed and verified vote will most likely happen on Monday or Tuesday, but Wednesday is also in play if they need more time. This clearly means we are most definitely potentially playing football on Oct 10. So all you haters can kiss my ass. We’re gonna play ball bitches, maybe... I’ll keep you posted

They could legitimately pull it off. Huge alum base and big following. Not sure they would get the same TV $ being independent, but then again, they get to pick who they want to play and could load their schedule with some winnable but noteworthy names that would surely be attractive to the networks.
